Available Positions

Janitor - Full time and part-time positions. 24 hours a week minimum, up to 40 hours per week. Overtime may be offered but is not mandatory.

- No experience necessary, must complete a training course.

- Must have a valid US identification.

- Be 18 years or older.

- Able to lift 50lbs or more.

- Able to use a hand truck.

- Able to climb a latter and work in high places if necessary.

- Must wear uniform and PPE equipment.

- Be able to operate janitorial equipment, buffers, power washers, steamers, vacuums, etc.

Laborer- Seasonal positions, 30 hours per week. No overtime required.

- No experience necessary.

- Must be able to follow directions and perform various tasks.

- Able to work indoors or outdoors in various environments.

- Able to lift 50lbs or more to discard furniture, appliances, wood, garbage and other junk.

-Other hands-on tasks may require some cleaning, landscaping, moving furniture.

Minimum Enrollment Requirements: 

- Valid US Identification

- OSHA Certified

- State License in New Jersey or New York 

- Sub Contractors and Electricians must have commercial insurance.

- Must have 10 years or more of professional experience as a skilled laborer.
